PERQS Member LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and other third parties acting on our behalf (collectively “PERQS Member,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect your personal information when you visit our website PERQS.com and other related websites (“the Site”).
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including on our Site, other online or offline offerings and communications, and through other platforms and programs that link to this Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must cease using this Site immediately.

This personal information is provided by you voluntarily when you fill out forms on our Site, such as signing up for an account, subscribing to newsletters, contacting us through our contact forms, or completing a transaction.

This includes tracking the transactional data of both the user and the referring company/affiliate. This helps us evaluate and optimize our referral programs. The transactional data may be collected directly from the referring company or affiliate as part of this process.

This transactional data may be collected directly from the referring company or affiliate.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or if we believe such action is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of PERQS Member, our customers, or others.
- Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers: We may disclose your personal information If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.
To the extent that we disclose your personal information, we may disclose any of the above categories of personal information to any of the above described third parties for any business or commercial purpose. We have no actual knowledge of selling of sharing the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Such opt-out right may be available through an opt-out preference signal. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. A parent or guardian may also submit a request on behalf of a child.

We take reasonable security measures to protect the personal information you provide to us. This includes the use of encryption and secure data storage practices. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
